Terms of Use

Terms for using serp.app and SERP App. Effective .

These terms apply to serp.app and SERP App at app.serp.app (the “Service”), provided by TSMC LLC, doing business as SERP (“we”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Other SERP products and websites may have their own terms, which apply when you use them.

1. Using the Service

Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not:

  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, or try to gain unauthorized access to it;
  • use the Service for domains or accounts you are not authorized to manage;
  • scrape or copy the website in bulk with automated tools beyond what robots.txt allows;
  • use the Service to infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.

2. Accounts and early access

Accounts are approved by hand during early access, and we may approve or decline any sign-up. Give us your real name and an email address you control: we sign you in by emailing a code to it, so anyone with access to that inbox can sign in as you.

3. Your data

Domains, redirect maps, files and other data you add to the Service stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run the Service for you.

4. Information on the Service

Domain, backlink and auction data on the Service comes partly from third parties and may be incomplete or out of date. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice.

5. Third-party services

The Service links to and works with third-party websites and services, such as registrars. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

6. Our content

The Service's software, design, and text belong to SERP or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, SERP AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. We may suspend or close any account, including one that breaks these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
